Cleaning Service: Cleaning service is from 9:00 to 16:00, if you do not want cleaning service you must place the sign that indicates “do not disturb”. Otherwise, the cleaning service will be performed as usual.
Fireplace: The first use of the fireplace is free of charge. Starting from the second use, there is an additional cost of $10,000.
Dishwashing: There is an additional cost of $4,500 for dishwashing.
Laundry Service: Upon requesting the service, we will provide you with the rates. Please fill out the provided forms inside the closet and place your laundry in the bag for washing. Dry cleaning: Deliveries are made with a minimum of 24 hours.
Room Service: There is an additional cost of $6,000 per tray.
Umbrellas: They can be requested at the Reception.
Bathrobes and Towels: You will find bathrobes and towels in the room for personal use and for use in the spa. These must be returned to the room. In case of not finding them, the fee for each missing towel is $40000. If you need a towel and/or robe replacement, please leave them in the bathtub.
Hot Tub: Please read the instructions carefully for using the hot tub. Before activating it, fill the bathtub above the jets to prevent motor damage.
Heating: The units have central heating, which can be regulated by thermostat or knobs on each radiator.
Chromecast: You can request a Chromecast for your TV at the Front Desk and enjoy Netflix, YouTube, Amazon Prime, and other applications on your TV. It must be returned at check-out.
Smoke-free: Smoking in the rooms or balconies is strictly prohibited. Doing so will result in a fine of USD 100. Smoking is allowed only in designated areas such as the outdoor deck above the pool or the pathways, always exercising EXTREME caution in extinguishing cigarette butts or ashes, as Bariloche is a HIGH FIRE RISK zone.
Security: We have a camera system and security personnel to ensure a safe environment during your stay. We kindly request that you keep the windows and your room door closed when you leave the hotel or during sleeping hours.
Breakfast: From 7:30 AM to 11:00 AM, breakfast is served on a first-come, first-served basis and subject to availability, in our SALON, DECK, or for TAKE AWAY or ROOM SERVICE (with an additional cost per tray). If you have any dietary restrictions such as being celiac or vegan, please inform us in advance so we can provide you with suitable options to enjoy! Contact the restaurant or the reception to make your breakfast reservation (internal 333).
Deck: We have pyramid heaters and enclosure so you can enjoy the view from the deck if you wish to sit outdoors.
Acqua Spa: Only products made by the hotel can be consumed in the Spa area, and the use of glass items is not allowed for safety reasons.

BOOK NOWWe offer children’s games, a Kids Club room, and coordinators for children’s activities that guarantee many hours of daily fun. The activities are scheduled but vary according to the children’s ages and the weather.
Among the options, there are pool games, workshops for candles, soaps, and theater, treasure hunts, sports, and mini cinema. The coordinators are available throughout the summer and ski seasons, with a reduced schedule that varies according to the hotel’s needs and availability.
If childcare services are required, allowing parents to leave the hotel, it can be requested at our reception with an additional cost and subject to availability.
